Q.1) Why do I become a member?
If you are a travel agent/tour operator, then Hello Travel is the place for
you. Here, you can get quality travel enquiries which you can first read and
then purchase according to your preferences. The idea is that you, as a
travel agent, should only pursue and pay for enquiries you think are worth
your effort, time and money. In brief, by becoming a member, you can
channelize your resources in a more planned manner.
Q.2) How do I become a registered member
of your site?
Becoming a registered member of our site is a hassle free process. Go to
the
registration
page and fill in your information. The details will be verified by us and
thereafter you become our registered member.
Q.3) We have created an account in Hello
travel. How much time does it take to get approval?
Once you have created an account in Hello Travel, you will get a
verification call from our customer care executive within 48 hours (working
hours). After your details have been verified, you become our registered
member. However, please note that you cannot purchase enquiries by simply
becoming our registered member, you need to purchase credits for the
purpose. (Read details below)
Q.4) Are there any eligibility criteria
for agents to get approval?
There is no eligibility criteria for agents to get approval. However, we do
take care that only genuine travel agents become our member.
Q.5) Do I have to pay to become a member?
Membership is free of charge, however, you need to purchase credit package
from us to buy enquiries. Without credits in your account, you will not be
able to buy any enquiry.
Q.6) How to buy credits?What is the min.
and max. amount that can be purchased?
Purchasing credits is easy. If you are a registered member, you can login
to your account and click on the
Buy Credits link. There, you can
view details of the various credit packages available for purchase. For you
convenience, we are also listing out the package details below.

You can purchase any of the credit packages online or by payment of
check or DD by following instructions given in the Buy Credits section
Q.7) I have purchased a credit package.
When will the credits be displayed into my account?
The credit points will get reflected in your account with 48 working hours
of the payment being cleared from the bank.
Q.8) What is the time frame of
membership? Is it renewable? if yes, is it again free?
Membership is free and one time. You do not need to renew your membership.
However, as stated above, you need credit points in your account to purchase
enquiries. Hence, you will need to purchase credit packages every time your
balance is close to finish to continue purchasing travel enquiries from
Hello Travel.
Q.9) If we want to discontinue
membership, what would be the actual charges levied?Is there a notice
period?
You can choose to discontinue any time you like. However, a notification
needs to be sent to us about your decision. Also a certain amount of
administrative & service charges would be deducted from your credits in
such a case.
Account
Q.1) Can I have more than one account?
You have only one master account. Apart from this, you are allowed subuser
accounts, the number of which will depend on your requirement and choice.
Once, you become a member, you will gain access to your master account. This
will be your main account through which you can create subuser accounts,
purchase credit, allocate credit to subuser accounts and even monitor the
activities of subuser accounts. Purchase and allocation of credit is not
possible through subuser accounts. However, through subuser account, you can
purchase enquiries.
Q.2) How do I create sub user account and
allocate credits to them?
Creating sub user account and allocating credits to them is possible only
through you master account. Sign in to Hello Travel through your master
login id and password provided to you. Thereafter, click on the
Create /
Edit Users > Create new User. Fill in the required details and you
have your sub user account ready.
To allocate credits to them, click on the
Allocate Credits to Users
link in your master account and the assign desired credits points to them.
You can also deactivate sub users and deallocate credit points from their
account from the above mentioned two sections.
Q.3) How can I edit my profile? How can I
change my password?
You can edit your account information by signing in to Hello Travel and
then clicking on
View / Edit Profile. Here you can edit your profile
and change your account password as per your requirement.
Q.4) Is the information presented by me
safe?
Yes, it is. Any sort of information provided by you would be safe with us.

Q.5) What if I forget my password?
Incase, you forget your password, just click on the
Forgot
Password link and follow instructions given. You will soon receive the
password on your email id given at the time of registration.
Q.6) My account is deactivated? Why? How
Can I activate it again?
If your account remains inactive for 30 days or more, we may deactivate
your account. In order to activate your account, you will need to send a
mail at
helpdesk@hellotravel.com.
Q.7) I cannot login to my account. What
should I do?
Please check that you are login id and password are correct. In case the
problem persists, please put us mail at
helpdesk@hellotravel.com.
Purchase
and Use
Q.1) What type of enquiries do you sell?
We sell all sorts of travel enquiries which include inbound, outbound,
domestic and international enquiries.
Q.2) How do I purchase enquiries from
Hello Travel?
If you are a member of Hello Travel and have credit points in your account,
you can purchase any enquiry as per your requirement. The queries are
displayed in the
Home section of your account. Select the enquiry
you would like to purchase and click on the Buy option to purchase it.
Please remember that you need to be signed in to your account to purchase
enquiries.
Q.3) Please explain Normal Purchase and
the procedure to buy enquiry on Normal mode.
Normal purchase is one of the two purchase options available with a travel
agent for buying enquiries from Hello Travel. By selecting normal mode for
purchasing enquiry, a travel agent agrees that a maximum of three other
travel agent can purchase enquiry after him.
For purchasing enquiry on normal mode, just click on the buy option next to
the query you have selected for purchase. You will be asked for a
confirmation of purchase. Click yes to confirm your normal purchase.
Please note that an enquiry is sold to a maximum of four travel agent, so if
you happen to be the third buyer, only one travel agent will be able to
purchase the enquiry after you.
Q.4) Please explain Premium Purchase and
the procedure for Premium purchase.
Premium purchase is the second purchase option available for a travel agent
to buy enquiries. Premium purchase gives you the authority to stop further
sale of the particular enquiry to any other travel agent.
To purchase an enquiry on premium basis, click on the buy option and select
the premium purchase option. Please note that the credits charged for
premium purchase is greater than the normal purchase.
Q.5) How do I search relevant enquiries?
It's simple. Once, you become a member, all you need to do is to login to
your account and use the various search options provided. Broadly, we have
segregated the queries into four broader categories - Inbound, Outbound,
Domestic and International. Within each of these, there are further sublinks
provided to simplify your search for relevant queries. You can also use the
advance search option to search queries that suit your requirements.
Q.6) What is Watchlist there for?
While going through a number of enquiries, a travel agent might want to
mark out certain enquiries for future action. For this, we have created the
watchlist. This section is a place where travel agents can transfer their
selected enquiries for future action.
Q.7) If we send enquiries to watchlist,
will other agents still be able to see & purchase them?
Yes, transferring an enquiry to watchlist does not mean that it will not be
available for purchase for other travel agents. Watchlist is only meant to
help you keep aside certain enquiries, you think can be considered for
purchase later on. If you delay in taking a decision, the enquiry can be
sold off to other travel agents.
Q.8) I need to find the details of an
enquiry I purchased. Where can I see it?
Details of all enquiries that you have purchased can be viewed in
My
Purchased Enquiries section of your account. Just log in to your account
and go to My Purchased Enquiries to view the desired details.
Q.9) When is a query marked sold?
An enquiry is marked sold out in two cases 1) when four travel agent
purchase it on normal mode and 2) when an enquiry is purchased by a travel
agent on premium basis. Once an enquiry is marked sold out, it is not
available for further sale.
Q.10) For how long enquiries would be
present for conversion?
Enquiries would be present for conversion till the time they are not sold
out.
Q.11) How much time would it take for
actual delivery of enquiries?
It would be served in Real Time.
Q.12) Could you explain Luxury, Standard
and Economy budget of the travelers?
Luxury : budget would include 4 to 5 star accommodation with best
available AC luxury car or AC 1st train. The budget would be more than US $
250 per person per day.
Standard : Standard budget would include 3 or 4 Star accommodation
along with AC deluxe car and or AC train travel. The budget for such
travelers would be in the range of approximately US $125 - $250 per person
per day.
Economy : Economy would include 2 to 4 star accommodation with AC
deluxe car. The budget for such travelers would be in the range of
approximately US $75 - $125 per person per day.
Q.13) What if we get spam and bogus
enquiries in deals?
All enquiries undergo a rigid enquiry QC system and pass through filters.
Enquiries are also checked manually to ensure that only quality enquiries
are presented before you. Chances of spam/bogus enquiries on our system is
virtually none.
Q.14) Please explain loyalty programs?
From time to time, we launch loyalty programmes for our privileged
customers based on the turnover and relationship wherein we give them extra
credit points on enquiries .
