Steps to Use

Go to the Sign up section through the index page and become our registered member by filling in the form.
Enter through the login page by filling your login name and password.
Purchase credits on line by payment of check or DD from the Buy Credit section of your account. Select the package you desire to purchase and fill up the form next to it. Once the payment is approved by the Hello Travel administrator, you can move on to the next step.

The packages have been designed by us for your benefit as they allow you free credit points. Elaborating on it, if you make us a one time payment (Amount) of rupees one lakh, you become eligible to purchase enquiries worth rupees one lakh ten thousand (Credit Points), subject to the entire credit being utilized within specified validity period.

Please Note : The packages are subject to change without notification so please check the Buy Credit section regularly for any updates.

Go to the Home section of your account to view enquiries available for sale. The enquiries have been segregated into Inbound, Outbound, Domestic and International categories to simplify your search for relevant queries. Moreover, there are various sublinks offered in each section to make you search for relevant enquiries even more convenient. For example, if you are a travel agent who deals in Inbound Rajasthan
Select and purchase enquiries on premium or non exclusive basis. When you choose to purchase an enquiry on premium basis, you indicate a desire that the query should not be sold to any other travel agent further. After you have made a premium purchase, no other travel agent will be able to buy it again. However, when you decide to buy an enquiry non exclusively, you accept that three more travel agents will be able to purchase it further (a total of four).

You can also reject enquiries or send them to watch list as per your requirements. Watch list is an option given to you in case you would like to wait for sometime before deciding whether to purchase or reject an enquiry.

As soon as you purchase an enquiry, credit would be deducted from your account and an account status email will be sent to your contact email address. Once you are finished with the credits, buy more by following steps from number three.

You can check the Purchased Enquiry section of your account to see the list of enquiries you have purchased and the View Credit Detail section to see an updated status of your credit summary.
