Personally I feel that this is an excellent idea initiated towards the travel fraternity, which also has proved to be a cost effective method, compared to the earlier method of sending enquiry. It actually gives us freedom to choose the appropriate type of enquiry that we can deal with. Most importantly I have the freedom not to choose any query if I don't need any enquiry at one point of time. This is the greatest advantage that I can think of in this method. However there is always room for improvement in

any activities if we want to attain perfection. There are 2 major points that you can consider to make this initiative better.

1 . As of now you are giving an option to select 'no. of days' like 4 to 7 days, 2 to 3 weeks etc as part of duration of travel. I would suggest not to have that as an option. The reason being the client just selects a numeric as the number of days without any second thought & without knowing the actual duration.

Eventually the enquiry loses its logical sense. So please let the client type manually the actual number of days he/she plans to travel. This will help us to plan the itinerary according to the places that they are interested to see. This also increases the conversion rate for us & yields mutual benefit for us.

2 . There is another option 'interested in' where you make the client select options like culture, heritage, pilgrimage, adventure etc. Please remove this as well, because here again the client tends to select all the options, leaving behind what they actually are interested in. It becomes very difficult to understand what the actual interest of the client is. In the explanation part, they are giving it clearly as to what they want to see. So if you again make them write down manually their interests, without giving options, they will exactly explain what their interests are. This again helps us to offer services according to their requirements.

These are the 2 points that you can consider. I am sure you will understand my concern from my point of view.

Otherwise I would say this is an EXCELLENT initiative which I must appreciate wholeheartedly.
