Terminology
There would be certain terms specifically used in Website. Understanding
them would make the users comfortable and help make quick decision.
Re-Updated by Travellernew feature
Enquiries marked with
Re-Updated by Traveller are those enquiries where traveller himself has re-updated their information. Information are re-updated by following means:
- When a traveller revert the auto-thankyou mailer sent to them after form submission with some additional information.
- When the traveller re-updates information by clicking on the link provided to them with thankyou mailer.
- When a traveller re-posts another enquiry with some additional information.
Master Account
This would be the main account of the travel agent. Through this, he/she
can
- purchase credits and view credit summary details.
- view and purchase enquiries.
- create and edit sub user accounts.
- allocate credits to sub user accounts.
- monitor activities of sub user accounts (new enquiries, enquiries in
watchlist, enquiries purchased and credit balance).
- edit the company profile.
- See his own purchase history.
Sub-Account
Secondary Account under the main account for same travel agent. This would
help the travel agent to have more than one user at the same time. For
example, a travel Agent 'A', with the help of his Master Account can create
multiple sub accounts. Through their account, sub users
- can view and purchase enquiries.
- can edit his/her account information.
- can view his credit details.
Premium Purchase
One of the two
Buy action option available for travel agents.
Premium Purchase ensures that the query will not be sold to any other travel
agent further. Once an enquiry is purchased on premium basis, it ceases to
appear in the query list everywhere and is not available for sale.
Normal Purchase
Second
Buy Action option available for travel agents. By selecting
the Normal Purchase option, a travel agent indicates that he/she would like to
purchase the enquiry non exclusively. A non exclusive enquiry is sold to
four travel agents.
Budgets of Travelers
Luxury: budget would include 4 to 5 star accommodation with best
available AC luxury car or AC 1st train. The budget would be more than US $
250 per person per day.
Standard: Standard budget would include 3 or 4 Star accommodation
along with AC deluxe car and or AC train travel. The budget for such
travelers would be in the range of approximately US $125 - $250 per person
per day.
Economy: Economy would include 2 to 4 star accommodation with AC
deluxe car. The budget for such travelers would be in the range of
approximately US $75 - $125 per person per day.
Watchlist
While going through a list of enquiries, travel agents might want to mark
out some of them for a later action. This is where Watchlist is important.
It is a section in each travel agents' master and sub user account wherein
they can transfer enquiries for future action.
